He told me he could have some to my house by 10am and that Steve, the plumber, would call me 20 minutes before coming. Well I get a call from Steve shortly after 8am asking if he could come by early by 9am. I was like, does a bear poo in the woods??? Come on over Steve:) Steve gets here, is very polite, put on booties for my new floors w/o me even asking. Tells me the cost upfront of what it "could" be if it took a while but he had an idea of what the issue was just looking at the floor drain. Come to find out, the builder left a test plug in the drain and with the A/C going for the past few weeks as they finished the inside the drain just filled up with run off water. Steve fixed the issue in less time then it took him to write up the charges. He was kind and polite in completing the work. I was so pleased with APC Plumbing I used them again 2 weeks later for certifying my furnace and water heater for the house I was selling to pay for my new one.
